Preparation: Turn off your Phantom Chessboard and connect the USB-C cable to it, then plug the other end into your PC, ensuring the Phantom Chessboard remains turned off.
Browser Compatibility: The "Connect" button should appear automatically on your screen. If it doesn't appear within 10 seconds, your browser might not be supported. Please switch to Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
Connecting the Device: Click the "Connect" button. A pop-up window will display all devices connected to your computer. Now, turn on your Phantom Chessboard. You should see a new entry representing your device in the pop-up.
Device Selection: Click on the new entry and select "Connect." In the subsequent pop-up, choose the first option: Install ESP Web Tools.
Installation: On the second page, check the Erase device option and then click "Next." Finally, click "Install" and wait for the update process to complete.
Important: Do not disconnect or power off the device during the update process.
NOTE: Make sure to close anything using your device's COM port (e.g. Serial monitor)
